ZV777 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ZV777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the ZV777 website at zv777.vin and any related services, products or features offered through the platform.

ZV777 is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform. All features on the platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots and esports — are intended solely for adult recreational use. The platform is not a financial product, investment tool or income-generating service.

These Terms are written in English and are governed accordingly. Where any translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version takes precedence. To use ZV777, you must register an account by providing accurate personal details. You confirm that all information submitted during registration — including your name, date of birth, email address and payment details — is truthful and current. Eligibility requirements:

• You must not be using a VPN, proxy or other tool to disguise your actual location for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.

ZV777 applies identity verification (KYC) to all accounts before withdrawals are processed. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended.

Each player is permitted exactly one account. If duplicate accounts are identified — whether registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods — ZV777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending balances pending investigation.

All deposits and withdrawals on ZV777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards. Supported mobile wallet options may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two hours of approval during business hours.
• Raast and bank transfers typically clear on the same business day or the following business day.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• ZV777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Any bonus funds in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before the related balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance.

Access to ZV777 is provided for personal recreational use only. You may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, and you may not allow any other person to use your account. General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per payment method.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount. The specific multiple applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's terms.
• Contributions from different game types towards wagering requirements vary. Sports bets typically contribute at a different rate to casino games. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account once the bonus expires.
• ZV777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

ZV777 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ZV777 reserves the right to refuse any bet or to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.
• Bets placed on events that have already started, or where the result is already known at the time of placement, will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during a match. Any bets accepted before suspension are valid; bets submitted during suspension will not be accepted.
• For cricket matches that are reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the match referee or governing body.
• In the event of a match being abandoned without a result, all straight win bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless a specific rule applies to that market.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to be successful. If one leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand.
• Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting and are displayed within your account. ZV777 reserves the right to pay out at the applicable maximum payout limit where a bet would otherwise exceed it.
• Any bets found to have been placed with the benefit of information not available to the general public, or through any form of match manipulation, will be voided and the account investigated.

ZV777's casino section includes slots, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game show formats) and other table games. All casino games on ZV777 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from established game providers. Results are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the platform or by individual players.

By participating in casino games, you acknowledge that:

• The house edge applies to all casino games. Over time, the expected return to player (RTP) is less than 100%, meaning the platform retains a statistical advantage.
• Past results have no bearing on future outcomes in RNG-based games.

ZV777 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities. Any funds linked to prohibited activities may be frozen pending investigation.

ZV777 may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse, ZV777 may withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting ZV777 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing time. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed as normal.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ZV777 is not obligated to return any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits may be returned at ZV777's discretion following a review.

ZV777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform functions reliably and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, ZV777 shall not be liable for:

ZV777's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

ZV777 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify active players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of ZV777 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. ZV777 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a player's failure to review updated Terms before continuing to use the platform.
